Vinyl Beats are dedicated to making your event the best it could possibly be. You could even think of it as a bespoke package as you have many options to choose from! We can cater for many aspects of your event, all the while minimising your costs as you won’t have to hire a separate DJ etc!

Wedding Entertainment Options

We want to ensure that your big day is unique. Our bespoke wedding service includes all the essentials you'll need for an amazing party, as well as options to tailor the entertainment to you, your guests and your budget. Wedding service includes:

  • We usually arrive at the venue and begin loading in at 6. By 7:30 we are set up and sound checked – ready to go!
  • We learn a ‘First Dance’ or a special song free of charge. We are all versatile musicians – so genre isn’t an issue for us!
  • Between live sets and until we finish we will play (DJ) dance floor fillers to keep the party going!
  • 2 x 60 minute live sets (or 3 x 40min sets)

Wedding Entertainment Upgrades

And to go the extra mile:

  • Extended DJ service.
  • Early arrival of before 5pm./li>
  • Late finish of beyond midnight./li>
  • Acoustic sets of various set ups of the band (discuss with our agents). You can of course simply hire Vinyl Beats as an acoustic line-up. It is a popular idea for venues with a sound limiter or an intimate crowd!/li>
  • Additional song requests./li>
  • Additional PA system and lights for bigger concerts!/li>
  • Additional set of live music./li>
  • ‘Bandaoke’ - where your friends/colleagues can sing along on stage!

Questions or Concerns

From the second you decide we’re the band for your wedding, your wedding entertainment is in good hands. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before the big day to finalise the details, timings, song choices and any other queries you may have. In the run up to your wedding, you’ll also have a dedicated event coordinator from our agency, Alive Network. his name is Marc and he'll be more than happy to liaise with you on any additional issues, questions or concerns.

At Your Wedding


Arrival, set up and soundcheck

Once we arrive we shall liaise with the venue manager/point of contact. We will then load in, set up and soundcheck as quickly and discretely as we are able to. It usually takes us a maximum of 90 minutes depending on how easily accessible the stage is for us to load in. During sound check we will be playing some songs at gig volume in order to provide the best sound for when your guests arrive.

There is no problem at all to set up before your guests are due but please note that an earlier than 5pm arrival would mean additional charges.

After the soundcheck

Once we are all set up we shall then get changed into our stage attire. We ask that you please provide us with a room to change in and that we have a meal and soft drinks during our performance.

First Dance

We are able to learn you first dance and we do this free of charge. Please give us a few weeks notice so we can arrange to meet and rehearse. If you would prefer an MP3 of your first dance then you can bring it on the night and we will put it through our PA system.

First live set

We will kick off your event with some great songs and this, along with our amazing PA system, is the perfect recipe for a party atmosphere. The vibe will only get better from here as we continue to fill the dance floor!

2nd live set & end of the night

Our second set consists of equally amazing ‘anthems’ where no one can resist but to sing along with us!

We will continue to play music until our contracted time and only after this time will we start to pack up. Packing up takes us between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on access out of the venue.
